Connected Artists Chart Rules

1. ALL connected artists are now allowed 1 entry in the chart.
(Please let us know if you want this song changing as songs can be "retired" from the chart and replaced with another song by the connected artist at any point if they wish).

2. If a track is at no1 for 4 consecutive weeks, the connected artist will receive a special certificate
(these are now sent via email)
and appropriate posts across our socials in acknowledgement of the achievement.

Once a song has been at no1 for 4 consecutiive weeks, the song will be removed from the chart and the Connected Artist in question will not be allowed back into the chart for 2 weeks, but once they are allowed back, they will have to submit a new entry. This is so other artists have change to try to claim the no1 slot.

3. We ask ALL Connected Artists in the chart to ask their fans to like, comment and share the chart across social media, vote their respective songs up the chart and interact with us as much as possible.

4. Connected Artists wishing to parttake in the chart are asked to please forward (via the radio email) mp3s and cover art or itunes, spotify or youtube links and cover art for whichever song they would like featuring in the chart.

5. Votes will be reset to 0 as part of the chart reset (unless Terry is away) to ensure fairness.

6. Any artist that regularly has 0 votes at the end of the voting week, fails to comply with the basic T's & C's of being a connected artist, or regularly fails to actively promote the chart on social media will be removed from the chart!

7. To promote fairness and boost the integrity of the chart, any artist with a ridiculously high vote count, any artist found to be voting whilst the chart is closed, and any artist whom we suspect has gained votes in suspicious ways will incur a penalty of -100 at the start of the next voting week. Repeat offenders may be barred from the chart permanently!
