Hi, I’m the Lyrically Insane songwriter / lyricist Terry Allan. I come from Bridlington, East Yorkshire, in the UK. I’m Station Manager of Coastal Breeze Radio, but as a songwriter / lyricist, I work with East London Recordings and their artists, and I’m supported in my endeavours by their amazing team & The Dark Knight Academy.

My debut spoken word album Lyrical Insanity: Volume 1 (CD / Vinyl) and paperback book were both released 13 February 2026, with Lyrical Insanity: Volume 2 due out in June 2026..
