Bella Dose, the girl group known for heartfelt storytelling, tight harmonies, and a unique blend of pop and acoustic soul, unveil their new single ‘Underneath the Willow Tree’, inviting listeners into a moment of healing, stillness, and quiet emotional honesty.
An acoustic folk pop and singer songwriter offering, the track spotlights the trio’s more introspective side, weaving warm acoustic textures, soothing vocals, and reflective lyricism into a tender, cinematic soundscape.
The song took shape during a writing trip to Nashville, where the group spent a cloudy afternoon on a small farm. What began as a simple guitar jam soon evolved into a soft, folky melody that felt both grounding and expressive. Inspired by the peaceful setting, the trio leaned into themes of honesty and renewal. The willow tree soon emerged as a central symbol, representing resilience and the ability to bend without breaking, and ultimately shaped the track’s message of comfort and release: ‘This song is where we learned that healing begins the moment you let yourself be held by something greater.’
Across ‘Underneath the Willow Tree’ moments of sadness, clarity, and quiet reflection intertwine to form a sound that feels intimate yet universal. Influences from Lizzy McAlpine, ABBA, Raye, Lana Del Rey, Tiny Habits, and Olivia Dean echo throughout the arrangement, grounding the song in a modern acoustic pop palette with soulful nuance.
Their evolution arrives on the heels of major career milestones. The group’s choreography for Shakira’s ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran’ sparked a viral moment with more than 200 million views.
They have brought their dynamic performance style to major stages including the Formula 1 Grand Prix, US Open Arthur Ashe Kids’ Day, Sueños Festival, and Virgin Voyages. A Live Nation headlining tour for their album ‘L POP’ expanded their presence across North America.
In addition to their performance achievements, Bella Dose have been featured in Rolling Stone, Billboard, Wonderland, Glamour, Remezcla, and People en Español. Their partnerships with brands such as Walmart, CeraVe, Lancôme, Converse, and Garnier Fructis highlight their cultural reach, while appearances across ABC, NBC, CBS, Telemundo, and Univision demonstrate their growing impact in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.
Next in their release schedule is ‘Angelito’ arriving January 23, 2026. This follow-up single brings a vibrant, dance-driven energy, blending Spanish jazz house, club-ready grooves, and ethereal pop vocals. Designed for late-night dance floors and DJs, ‘Angelito’ introduces a bold, rhythmic shift that signals an exciting new chapter in Bella Dose’s 2025 musical journey.
With ‘Underneath the Willow Tree’, Bella Dose offer a cinematic and soulful moment of reflection that encapsulates the heart of their artistry, while opening the door to a dynamic new era of emotional storytelling.

bravo charlio, real name Barry Cowan, is a songwriter/musician based in Bristol, UK. Having started performing and writing as part of bands in the late 1990s and beyond (Ramsey, The Seen), he took some time out to reflect and refocus and is back writing and producing as a solo artist with a renewed desire to share his perspective.
Growing up in South-East London with Scottish-born parents, bravo charlio uses a narrative style to tell stories through characters based on his own experiences and those he has crossed paths with.
bravo charlio's musical style is a captivating blend of several genres, creating a unique and evocative sound. Drawing inspiration from the Britpop era, his songs have a nostalgic feel. The new wave influence adds a layer of synth-driven sounds and upbeat rhythms and the jangly guitar riffs give his tracks a vibrant and dynamic quality, similar to the sounds of The Smiths and early U2. All built upon the foundations of the Stax & Atlantic soul records of the 1960s & 1970s.
This combination of styles results in music that is both familiar and fresh, making bravo charlio a distinctive voice in the indie music scene.

So you’re looking for something different. Something meaningful. A distraction and therapy in one. You want a song to grab you by the ears and say “I get it”. A song that’s taken all your jumbled thoughts and laid them out into one melodic piece that will stick in your head long enough to drown out the repetitive, stressful, noise that was there before. So did Broghan. So she decided to make her own. The young Scottish artist went from there, turning her own and other stories into songs, illustrating each one through stunning paintings and drawings. Now, Broghan is an independent artist, whose music has been played by radio stations all over the world. With songs across all streaming platforms, she has produced two music videos and performed gigs around Scotland, at iconic venues like King Tuts. Broghan’s performances captivate crowds, notably doing so when opening for Lewis Capaldi in 2023, at the OVO Hydro, to an audience of 12,000. Broghan has been praised by industry professionals for her unique story-telling ability, writing powerful, cinematic songs, with catchy melodies, moving vocals and thought provoking lyrics. With A&R Factory stating in an article about Broghan’s single, The Calm Before The Storm, “She’s a phenomenon in her own right, and it is only a matter of time before she’s showered with plaudits and songwriting awards”.
In the annals of Northern Germany's vibrant music scene, one name resonates with a timeless allure: Broken Star. Born from the fires of friendship and a shared passion for the anthemic sounds of the 80s, this trio—Jürgen on bass and vocals, Holger on guitar and producing, and Rainer laying down the beats—embodies the spirit of alt-rock reinvention. With influences ranging from the grandiose melodies of Simple Minds to the raw energy of U2 and the dark allure of Depeche Mode, Broken Star crafts a sound that's both nostalgic and freshly innovative. After a quarter-century hiatus, the original bandmates, once schoolyard compatriots, reunite with a newfound zeal, channeling years of musical exploration into their latest opus, "Lifelines." Now, as they embark on the journey of their second album, Broken Star continues to evolve, weaving intricate sonic tapestries that speak to the soul of their homeland while resonating with a global audience hungry for authentic, handmade rock. In an era of fleeting trends and manufactured hits, Broken Star stands as a testament to the enduring power of friendship, creativity, and the unwavering pursuit of musical truth.
