Jack Adamant is a singer/songwriter from Italy who lives and records in Stockholm. His solo career began around 2012 when he started writing songs that were heavily influenced by American artists such as J Mascis, Lou Barlow, Evan Dando, Bob Mould, Mac McCaughan, Robert Pollard, Daniel Johnston and others from the same music scene.
Learning to play guitar at twelve years old he couldn’t wait to start writing music, learning to mix with an old tape recorder won in a street raffle. By experimenting with different genres of music and meticulously studying his favourite lyrics, he finally found his own style leaning towards alternative folk/rock.
In 2007, he joined Valerihana, where distortion and heavy guitars gave him the foundations and confidence to play live. Touring mainly between Italy and Sweden, they had a good amount of shows under their belt by the time they released their first record “Out of Regulation”, which draws influence from the likes of Smashing Pumpkins, Placebo and The Pixies.
After signing to AR Recordings in July 2017, the work began to release Jack Adamant’s first EP “Lunch at 12 since ’82“. The EP consists of five songs which tell the story of a couple navigating the obstacles and hardships of life together. His way of narrating highlights the fragility of a relationship; the difficulty in knowing when to push harder and fight for something, when to whisper words of support if the other is struggling but also to be brutally honest with each other when things aren’t working out.
When you start a new relationship you strive to impress the other person, you only want them to see you at your best, but this depiction won’t last forever. For good things to come of it, you need to let your guard down and share your demons. The first track “Easy to Find” is a song of appreciation; of waking up to somebody and being grateful that you still have them around. “It’s safe to follow the herd, but to be bold and go solo is difficult. Writing this EP forced me to be honest and take stock of my opinions. It allowed me to know my own mind.”
Jack released his first full length record “Unkind” in 2019, a major departure from his earlier sound, written between Stockholm, Liverpool, Rome and God knows where else. Since 2020, the full band has leaned into a grittier indie punk direction, producing a fresh wave of songs alongside drummer Ged and bassist Vix. Recorded largely at home during lockdown, this period birthed “Obscure Places & Cupboards” (2022), an album that tackles modern dilemmas with commanding vocals and thrilling guitar work, paying homage to the raw energy of rock legends.
Following a string of new releases including “Pixels In The Dark”, “Stuck & Paralysed”, “Over Signs” and a personal take on The Cure’s “Friday I’m In Love”, Jack returns with his most dynamic project yet. His new album, “Helium in Low Voltage Wiring” explores the tension between contrasting emotions and sounds, offering a listening experience that is both introspective and dynamic. It’s a record built on contradiction, fragile yet forceful, reflective yet charged, further cementing his place as an artist unafraid to evolve.

Jasmine Catherine is a UK-based singer-songwriter, composer, and theatrical storyteller hailing from Norwich, England. She specializes in crafting “fantasy songs” that blend the emotional depth of musical theater with the epic, cinematic scope of fantasy film scores—think sweeping ballads inspired by myths, folklore, and bestselling novels like Fourth Wing or Red Queen. Her music isn’t just tracks; it’s a portal to other worlds, where heartbreak feels like legend and every lyric conjures a story of pirates, rebels, queens rising from ash, or villains in shadowed courts. Trained in classical vocal techniques and musical theater for the West End stage, she brings precision and flair to her performances, whispering haunting verses one moment and unleashing battle cries the next.

Joel Mandeville has always considered music to be a vehicle which inspires personal interaction and an array of emotional response. Recognizing that so many fields of music have that ability, he hasn’t really committed to any one specific genre.
Now that he is publishing his own original music, the styles may feel as though they shift from song to song, but the underlying current of each one still invokes a push toward connection, empathy and/or self-reflection.
Although there’s a long list of influencers, from Elton John to Stevie Ray Vaughan to John Mayer, it’s not likely you will sense any of that in his songs. Completely his own stuff.
He’s recently finished his first professionally produced album entitled “Permanent Change”. “The idea behind this album is that all humans experience events in life that bring about change. Unfortunately, the single thing that has the most potential to forever change who we are or how we live, is pain. It may be a little or it may be a lot, but usually it causes us to rethink some aspect of our lives, major or minor.
We adjust, we shift, we are better because of it, or worse.”
Yet all the songs on the album promote a comfortable listening experience.
Johanna Linnea Jakobsson is a Danish-Swedish vocalist, saxophonist and songwriter. Born and raised in Copenhagen and currently residing in Southern Sweden, she first made a name for herself on the Scandinavian jazz scene with the release of the debut album Alone Together in 2022. With a mix of traditional jazz and the singer-songwriter-genre, the debut included both original compositions and new arrangements of well-known classics by Duke Ellington, Lennon/McCartney and others, switching between vocals and saxophone as the lead instrument. Alone Together garnered praise from several jazz critics around Europe and was also named one of the best vocal albums of 2022 by the prestigious Japanese magazine Jazz Hihyo.
In 2023 she followed up with an EP featuring some of her personal favourites from the jazz standard repertoire. Furthermore, she wrote and recorded the soundtrack for the Emmy Award winning series One of The Boys and released the songs as an EP in connection with the series premiere. The latter was made in collaboration with drummer and producer John Fernold (Sweden) who is also the producer of her sophomore album Don’t Overthink It.
On Don’t Overthink It Johanna Linnea Jakobsson has taken a new course, diving further into the act of songwriting and focusing purely on original compositions. The songs are all centered around her distinctive vocals. Genre-wise the lines between jazz, folk and pop are both blurred and kind of irrelevant. The songs are written from the perspective of suddenly finding yourself in adulthood, navigating both dreams, worries and the unknown. It may sound a bit dark, but it actually isn’t. The musical landscape lies somewhere in between influences such as Norah Jonas and Ella Fitzgerald with drips of Jeff Buckley and The Beatles.
John Homer is a Northumberland-based, Tyneside-raised singer songwriter, performing in several ensembles in and around northeast England.
During the pandemic, he began the process of sharing his home-produced songs with other musicians and since 2022, has self-released more than two dozen pieces on Bandcamp. Although writing songs on and off since his teenage years, his work has been refined by attendance on songwriting courses taught by several masters of the art including
Karine Polwart, Boo Hewerdine and Findlay Napier, reflected and intensified by the experience of lockdown.
Jonathan Tate is an independent artist based in Leeds, who performs his own material, and released his debut single Shadow Man in July 2025. His new release A Craving For Control is released on Friday 22nd August 2025, and he recorded his debut EP last week.
Jonathan's songs were written during the breakdown of a significant friendship. They became a way of him processing the grief emotions, feelings and a way of protecting his sobriety.
The songs while initially written for himself, he's found that they connect with people who are able to relate to them. His songs are emotionally driven mainly acoustic songs.
Jonathan is a story teller, and as such, his songs aren't background noise they need listening to fully to absorb the lyrics and meaning behind them.
