ELR CHART RULES

1. Although we only allow each ELR Artist to have 1 track in the charts to start (ie. when they initially join the chart), artists may have a maximum of 3 songs in the chart at the same time.

(Songs can also be "retired" from the chart and replaced with another song by the artist at any point if they wish).

2. If a track is at no1 for 3 consecutive weeks, the artist will receive a special certificate, and appropriate posts across our socials in acknowledgement of the achievement.

Once a song has been at no1 for 3 consecutiive weeks, the song will be removed from the chart and the Artist in question will have to submit a new entry.

3. We ask ALL ELR Artists in the chart to ask their fans to like, comment and share the chart across social media, vote their respective songs up the chart and interact with us as much as possible. Please remember this chart runs seperately to the main chart!

4. ELR Artists wishing to parttake in the chart are asked to please forward (via the radio email) an mp3 and cover art or itunes, spotify or youtube link and cover art for whichever song they would like featuring in the chart.

5. Votes will be reset to 0 on a Sunday (unless Terry is away) to ensure fairness.

6. In the interests of fairness, originality and authenticity, all entries in the chart must be sung by the actual artist and not AI generated.

7. Any artist / song that regularly has 0 votes at the end of the voting week will be removed from the chart and you will need to get in touch for it to be re-added, so we encourage you to promote the chart and encourage voting wherever possible!

Any songs found to be AI generated and not actually sung by the artist will be removed from the chart and the artist in question will be disqualified from entering the chart.
