Fail The Enemy is an alternative rock band based in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Comprised of 3 members, Nathan (lyricist and lead singer) Elliot (lead guitar) and Leah (Drums), their sound comes from blending a mixture of modern metal sounds and taking inspiration from early 80s synth music. Fail the enemy aims to tackle sensitive subjects such as depression and anxiety, love and loss and conflict and resolution. Re-formed in 2022, they aim to take up the reins once more and engulf the music scene in a cloud of belting chorus, choir vocals, staunch riffs and emotionality that has evolved and identified the band's sound since its first inception.
Formerly Sklerks, later Fakkinautika, later the Extrasistols, Federico F (guitars, arrangements and song writer) and Fiorenza T (guitar, singer, song writer), played for 20 years in Turin (Italy) underground rock clubs.
With the arrival of Fabio Z (bass, vocals, song writer), Michele G & James Douglas Sirius (singers, guitar) and Panda (drums) they started a more pop career in small clubs and parties. The request of less noisy songs, created first divergences and finally led to the split of the group. After unreleased hits albums in 2019 (Musica in via d'estinzione), fans claim for a reunion.
After 5 years of silence first public release: this time Federico F in solo with blues in his heart, career goes on and progressively new voices incoming. Now in an all around music style, Sara V, an incredible singer taken from lyrical stages, starts to borrow her voice to the audience.
Post-Hardcore heavy hitters from scenic city Chattanooga, TN. FieldHockey began as a pop-punk project back in 2019. Enon Harris had just been let go from the Alt-Prog metal group 'Ten-Year Flood' with guitarist Michael Avakian and bassist Joey Scruggs. Head up, he went in search of another creative outlet and found the early makings of FieldHockey with drummer Brad Moss and bassist Justin White. In need of guitar, Enon recruited ex-bandmate Joseph Scruggs and FieldHockey was a go! Under this line-up, they released a demo with Noisy Cricket studios and 7 singles with Breaker 17 studios. For the next two years FieldHockey played countless packed out events, including an opening slot for 'The Funeral Portrait', known for their billboard #1 hit song “Suffocate City”. Other performances include a show with the legendary 'Wine Lips' at JJ’s Bohemia and Valley Vibes Music and Arts festival (multiple years) with over 800 fans in attendance. In 2022, struggles within the band lead to the loss of guitarist Joey Scruggs and an indefinite hiatus. Finally, in October of 2023 the spark was relit with the addition of two new members. Michael Avakian and Jake Hixson joined the group sharing the position of co-lead guitar. With new members came a new direction. These new guitarists worked to maintain the punk rock essence of the band but also brought a natural metal flair into the mix. This resulted in a re-establishment as a Post-Hardcore powerhouse.
Filiah writes the kind of songs that feel as if someone just turned on a bedside lamp in a dark room, illuminating things you didn’t know you needed to feel. Her songs are deeply personal, yet carry a quiet sense of familiarity, like talking to a good, old friend where shame is never part of the conversation. “I want my songs to feel like a little home,” she says. “A place where you can feel safe, understood, and cared for, even just for a moment.” The Vienna-based singer-songwriter grew up in a small town surrounded by records and poetry. Teaching herself guitar at a young age, she learned early on that music was her best attempt at understanding herself and the world around her. That foundation still guides her work today: intimate storytelling wrapped in melodies that stick, and a voice that can feel tender and immediate one moment, then powerful and soaring the next. Her self-produced debut album, For Someone (2022), was an unguarded look at loss and reassembly, quietly building a small, yet devoted audience. A reflective hiatus followed, but 2025 marked a transformative return. Now signed to Viennese indie label Ink Music, Filiah made her comeback, shifting her sound to a more sparkly, pop character while still honoring her folky roots with the Sad Girl With A Punchline EP. It's title track, introspective yet defiantly bold, has become a quiet anthem for those navigating their own contradictions: soft yet strong, assumably quiet yet self-assured. Press and tastemakers have taken notice, describing her music “as if it comes out of a shadow and wraps you in light”- a phrase that mirrors how her songs unfold: slowly, honestly, then all at once. With new music on the way and a growing live presence, Filiah continues to craft songs that feel both deeply personal and widely resonant- a safe, musical home where softness, strength, wit, and reflection all live together and every listener is invited in.
