Ladyteeh

Emerging musician Zamokwakhe Maphalala, better known by her stage name Ladyteeh, hails from Bergville, Zwelish.

She began her musical career at an early age, participating in school and church choirs. She went to a local artist's stufio in 2015 to record a verse for their song, and that's when she fell in love with the Afropop genre and decided to pursue her musical career. She values, adore, and finds fulfilment and delight in her work, drawing inspiration from a variety of female artists.

Lettoman

Lettoman is finally releasing the new single “Mismatched” on 29 August 2025. The track fuses the raw energy of 60’s blues rock with hill country blues and an irresistibly catchy harmonica. You might catch hints of early The Rolling Stones, the finest riffs of R.L. Burnside, grooving bass lines, and driving rhythm. From Varpaisjärvi’s third most legendary blues artist – the track is ready, but are you?

Genre: Bluesrock / Hill Country Blues

Hailing from Varpaisjärvi – known as the Finnish home of blues (Cosmo Jones Beat Machine, Faarao Pirttikangas, The Country Dark etc.) – Lettoman delivers “Mismatched”, a story of two worlds colliding: “Saturday meets Monday morning”.

Liat Nanti

Liat Nanti are an Indonesian band that was formed in mid-2024 with Arie Kinara (vocals), Alex Kuple (bass), Amulfil (drums), and Bima WP (guitar).

Our first released song on October 17, 2024 called ‘CITY LIFE’. This song tells about love for the city we live in, with its ups and downs, excitement, traffic jams but at the same time it is also fun if we can enjoy it all. With the spirit of alternative rock music.

Little League Rebellion

Little League Rebellion is the brainchild of Ruaraidh Wishart. Growing up in Scotland he learnt classical music and then went on to cut his teeth playing and writing in alternative and prog metal bands. He later established Little League Rebellion as a vehicle to explore music further by combining genres and themes with electronics and recorders in unique and unusual ways.

Continuing themes of Little League Rebellion music come from Ruaraidh’s experience as an archivist. The music explores the concept of memory to bring the past back to life for a contemporary audience.

His latest album, coming out in late 2025, has invented a new style – “Acid Bardcore” mixing medieval music with modern day electronic techno industrial dance. At the same time as introducing listeners to both styles and a new sound world, it also reflects how the past is interwoven into our lives, as a relevant aspect of our society that still affects, informs, and influences our world today.

The album has also included songs setting words in old dialects to modern goth industrial music. “Blac” is a powerful statement of the right to individuality as a goth, whose words were written by someone in the 15th century.

LLR’s past project, “A Sough O’ War” also powerfully brought the First World War Doric voices of NE Scotland to life as electro-punk folk music to tell the story of how the area was affected by that cataclysmic event.

Lois Brooks

Lois is an amazingly talented singer songwriter from Blackpool.
She has been writing songs from being as young as 8 years old. She takes inspiration from a range of artists such as David Bowie, Depeche Mode, Billie Eilish & Lana Del Rey to name a few. In 2021 during lockdown, her school teacher suggested she entered the Song Academy Young Songwriter Competition. Lois made it through all the various stages and eventually went on to win the competition, with her original song "Girl in the Dress".

She was invited to perform the winning song at a live showcase event in London, where the song gained significant critical acclaim. Since then her songwriting has gone from strength to strength, and has now released several songs which can be heard across all digital music platforms.

More recently, she has again revisited the 2024 Song Academy competition with a another original composition titled, "Make It Go Slow", which amazingly made it through to the final 5.

Lois is an active participant on the local live music scene, gaining experience at open mic nights and other live music events. She has recently played at Coastal Radio DAB's 'Summer in the Square' festival, St Anne's Music Festival, and supported Kyle Passmore at Lytham Hall.

Lorena + The Tide

Lorena + The Tide are an up and coming alternative indie band from Zaanstad, The Netherlands. They make radio-friendly music with an edge and commit to wherever their songs take them, rather to any specific genre. Ever since they started in 2021, they have released their debut album (Open Sea, 2022), a mixtape (Surfer, 2023), a short film (Surfer: The Short Film, 2023) and a semi-acoustic live EP (Unplugged, 2024). The band embarked on their second UK tour in October 2024 and recently started working on their sophomore album, from which the first single "The Enemy" has been met with worldwide airplay and enthusiastic reviews.

Lucy That Sings

At 42 I've finally reached the point where I can release songs knowing that I'm writing and singing from life experience and that I simply couldn't have done them justice if I'd started any earlier... As well as being at exactly the right point where I know that I'm only going to live this life once so I'd better get on with it!

Songs that have been rumbling around in my head for up to 20 years are finally being let loose in the wild, starting with No Questions Now - a British soul kind of song about intuition and being in the love bubble of certainty where you don't need to ask questions. Right up until you do. It's a big song, with big feels.

Apparently I was singing before I could walk, and singing is in my blood. But it took a few life shifts before the right people at the right time were in place...

I've been a vocal troublemaker with We Are The Lost Boys
(rock and pop covers) and acoustic duo Elliott's Orchard for over 5 years and we play 40+ gigs a year around south Wales and Bristol.
Watch this space for releases from those band families, they're coming ❤️

Lunar Paths

Do you remember the week towards the end of 2024 when Meta had a meltdown? We do, and at the time we were convinced that our socials were being hacked. It was a terrifying, stressful, punch in the gut sort of feeling: the fear that so much hard work could be callously dismantled and destroyed by forces unknown.

We took the necessary steps to protect ourselves, but as we were doing so, we couldn't help but notice how the language of cybersecurity sites was like a 'found poem', its topic the paranoid and perilous times in which we live. It was then that Diane remembered the cybersecurity 'found poetry', and she dug out the things that she had jotted down:

Zero trust.
Are you safe?
Protect yourself.
Are you vulnerable?
Let us help you.
We want you to be safe.
Protect yourself.
Protect our community.
Are you vulnerable?
Help protect our world.
We value the effort.
We value the work.
We value the work.
Creating a safe environment for innovation.
Innovation.
Let us help you authenticate.
We want you to be safe.
We want you to be safe.
Let us help you attain a zero trust mentality.

Lynney Williamson

I am Lynne from Glasgow, Scotland. I am currently based in Mount Florida just outside Glasgow.

My music inspiration comes from growing up listening to bands like INXS, FLEETWOODMAC, HEART and the PRETENDERS and I am also inspired by movies like THE CRAFT, HIGHFIDELITY, LOST BOYS and THE CROW.

"Shadows" is my first musical project and I'm really excited about people hearing it. I had a lot of soul searching writing this song, as it's about taking your light to guide someone else out of the darkness.

I am motivated by loving each day and knowing we are only here for a short time so believe in yourself. The theme to listen for is those mystical dreamy vocals that I love so much.
