Scared Of My Brother

We are Scared of My Brother, a five-piece alternative rock band from Edinburgh. Our name comes from our lineup—two brothers and a brother-in-law, plus two others who might as well be brothers—so it felt like the perfect fit!

We released our debut six-track EP in November 2024, available on all major streaming platforms.

Scarlett Kirwan

Scarlett is an 18 year old pop-folk singer songwriter from Doncaster. Scarlett spent her childhood always humming and singing, and creating her own musical chaos. Scarlett first picked up a guitar at the age of 11, and within months she’d graced the stage of a local folkclub.
Scarlett’s music is a blend of pop and folk-exploring both elements of the genres in her own uniqueway. Her songs and live performances are marked by her “magical voice”, and her marvellous melodies. Sincestarting her musical career, Scarlett has ventured to multiple cities performing in bars, music venues, festivals and various stages.
At the tender age of 13, Scarlett released her first original song ‘Sweet Home’:
this bloomed her love for songwriting. Much of Scarlett’s inspiration for her music comes from iconic artists suchas Joni Mitchell and Florence Welch.
When it comes tosongwriting, Taylor Swift is a big influence due to her poetic writing and relatability.

Scott McDonald

Scott McDonald is a singer/songwriter/ guitarist with over thirty years experience in the music business. His songs have been played on dozens of radio stations around the world. He has shared the stage with such luminaries as Levon Helm, Rick Danko, Leslie West and Tommy Shaw. His new album "See It Through" on Bongo Boy Records contains twelve tracks filled with rock n roll energy and instantly hummable hooks. The album features David Anthony (Dennis DeYoung) on drums and Brian Anthony (Steve Walsh) on bass.

Sean Jeffery

Sean Jeffery has been writing music since he borrowed a friend's Casio synthesizer in the late 1980s and recorded songs onto an old reel-to-reel recorder given to him by a family friend.

The start of the millennium saw his early project Invention5 playing a live, unplugged set for Kerrang! Radio, and an audition in Liverpool as new vocalist for INXS. And then in 2008 his power rock trio Epsilon Red played live for BBC Introducing at their radio studio near the River Severn in Worcester, with Chris Daniels on drums, Jez Cole on "lead bass", and Sean on guitar and vocals.

Five years later, Sean's next band Hitchhiker played a live set for BBC Introducing in Upton upon Severn, following this up with an acoustic support for the Moody Blues at the LG Arena.

Now a solo artist and full time gigging musician, Sean released his first album Break The Surface in 2023, and he's giving it away for free at www.seanjeffery.uk. Comparatively is the first song off his new album, which should be finished during 2025.

Shell Games

Shell Games, a creative duo from New Haven, CT, bring a fresh, genre-defying sound created in a homemade studio by husband and wife Nick Post and Carrie Martinelli.

Their debut album Smoke & Mirrors blurs the boundaries between alt rock, synth pop, and dreamy indie melodies, delivering deeply personal and emotionally charged tracks.

A veteran on the stage and having supported national acts such as
Katrina & The Waves and Ozomotli in prior projects, Shell Games was created through Martinelli’s need to step out of the shadows of supporting others’ work and craft her own musical identity.

Shirley Barr

Shirley Barr may be late to the table, but her recently discovered passion for compelling songwriting and performance shows she's earned her place.
Quirky, insightful, and sumptuously layered, she melds beautiful melodies
with novel lyrics to create soundscapes that leave you wanting more.
September 2024 saw the release of her debut EP, Begin Began Begun.

"What a fabulous record by Shirley and the matching video! Beautiful." Mike Scott (The Waterboys)

“Shirley’s songwriting is intricate and understated. Her delivery is gentle and genuine, her sense of musicianship makes it hard to believe she has only been in the business for a relatively short time. “ Ewan MacPherson (Hushman, Salt House, Shooglenifty)

“Shirley is a cool new voice on the roots side of the Scottish
music scene. Bound for greatness I’d say!” Mattie Foulds (Caribou Recording)

Skyracer

Introducing Skyracer, who are a pop rock duo from Sheffield, UK.
Their debut single "Howling" was released on 16 May 2025.

The hook-laden single tells the story of long-lost love and instances that live forever in memory. Inspired by travels through Southeast Asia and childhood moments racing the sun, the track blends shining synths and driving guitars, channelling the emotion of Boys Like Girls and the neon glow and nostalgia of The Midnight.

'Howling' is the debut release from an exciting new project deeply rooted in friendship, ritual and capturing the magic and pain of growing up in the 90's.

Formed in Sheffield by two lifelong friends who hang, cook, write and record together every week, Skyracer is the brainchild of producers Daniel Fox (Vox) and Chris Brayshaw (Guitar) who blend 90's pop-punk energy with retro synth textures, cinematic storytelling and the emotion of a midnight voicemail you never sent.

Skyracer captures that fleeting feeling of being young, free and on the edge of something you can't name yet.
Expect more singles to come soon from the British duo.

S1LK

(Samuel Khanna)

I'm Samuel Khanna (my stage name is S1LK) and i have been playing piano
and guitar from the age of 5! One of my greatest musical achievements was getting my song 'fell for you' into the finals of the song academy young songwriter competition.
My inspirations are Elmiene, Simon Servida, Solomon, and James Vickery.

Silver Sonic

Silver Sonic is a blues based rock n roll band from the greater Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania. Bringing you classic 70s riff rock, blended with a slight modern touch, but keeping with all the groove and attitude you want from some good old throw back rock.

Skinny Lister

Since 2009, London-formed crew Skinny Lister have been at the forefront
of first-rate folk/punk in the UK.

Given its mastering polish at the iconic Abbey Road Studios by Frank Arkwright, their last effort ‘Shanty Punk’ saw the band delivering their most autobiographical and arguably most definitive Skinny Lister album yet. A concept album all about the myths and madness that have have defined Skinny Lister themselves, it was warmly received by The Morning Star who praised in a 5* review.

As the band’s career continues to see them passing the growing flagon of their experiences with every album and tour. They’ve led an endless parade gathering fans old and new, from the respected folk circuit to the riotous Download Festival, igniting pogoing mosh-pits at each. Over the past ten years they’ve travelled from rain-soaked London to the vast arteries of the USA, upgrading from narrow boat to Salty Dog Cruise, played huge tours across Europe and North America and headlined themselves across festivals, sweatboxes and ever-larger venues. Performing with some of music’s most tenacious live acts from Dropkick Murphys to Frank Turner, Boy George to Beans on Toast to The Bouncing Souls, not to mention reigniting their US fanbase with an epic tour across America with Flogging Molly in 2023; Skinny Lister’s formidable live rep more than proceeds them.

Smith & Liddle

Smith & Liddle are from Teesside and County Durham. Following years of swapping records and building a transcendent musical connection, the duo (comprised of Elizabeth Liddle & Billy Smith) craft songs that echo the spirit of the 1970s with their homage to soft rock.

Raised on the sounds of Laurel Canyon and the British Invasion, (Billy) Smith & (Elizabeth) Liddle grew up 25 miles away from each other in small towns but only met when Billy was on the lookout for a vocalist. The chemistry between the pair was instant, and over time their intertwined musical sensibilities evolved into something unique.

Although both Billy and Elizabeth initially hesitated to use their last names, a late-night session listening to Buckingham Nicks on vinyl sealed their decision to name their artist project Smith & Liddle, embracing simplicity and timelessness.

Snowdrop

Manchester/Macclesfield indie-rock newcomers Snowdrop return with their highly anticipated new single ‘Morning Thoughts’. Known for their layered, powerhouse sound and dynamic storytelling, the quartet deliver an upbeat anthem that transforms post-heartbreak monotony into something electrifying and anthemic.

Formed in 2023 by lifelong friends Sam Waring (guitar) and Connor Munro (bass), later joined by Dylan Evans (drums) and Ryley Johnson (vocals/guitar), Snowdrop have quickly emerged as one of the UK’s most promising young bands.

With influences spanning The Royston Club, The Wombats, Arctic Monkeys, and Circa Waves, the track captures the band’s signature mix of sharp riffs, melodic hooks, and lyrical honesty. At its core, ‘Morning Thoughts’ is, in their words, an “upbeat rock tune about the boring post-heartbreak repetition of life.” The irony lies in how alive the song feels, pulsing with momentum, refusing to let heartbreak sink into despair.

Snowdrop are carving a space for themselves as one of the UK’s most exciting indie rock exports. With a swelling fanbase, growing industry buzz, and more music on the horizon, ‘Morning Thoughts’ is just the beginning of what promises to be a defining chapter for the young band.

Sophie Gordon

Sophie Gordon is a 21 year old singer/songwriter from Newcastle, UK.

Following years of performing and writing songs solo, playing at festivals such as Northern, Durham and Sunderland Pride, supporting artists such as Jason Donovan at Bents Park, she can now be seen performing/writing alongside her band, Evan Jordan on rhythm guitar, Jordan Love on lead, Jude Morton on bass guitar and Dan Miller on drums.

Sophie, alongside her band, have an upbeat, ‘feel good’ vibe and are still having fun finding their sound. Although, the group share the opinion that one specific genre is not important to them; they love to mix it up and experiment with styles. But, if they had to say, they do like to play more funk-pop!

StarSeer

“During deep introspection, I realized my journey is uniquely mine to create. StarSeer represents my dedication to embracing authenticity, shaping my life, and honoring my unique visions through my work. It reminds me that even in darkness, the light shines its brightest.” - StarSeer

With influences in his music spanning from Madonna, Lady Gaga and Kylie Minogue, StarSeer delivers a musical tasting that will leave their listeners with a sweet tooth from bops like Magical Girl and My Broken Heart Still Beats.

With numerous festival appearances, support slots and tours already under his belt, he continues to thrive upon his status as a promising talent on the UK music scene. Hewitt has re-united with his debut album producer Paul West Productions for his latest collection of material shaping the crowd-funded 'Never Two Days The Same' LP.
